Ayurvedic foot ritual diploma
A wonderful addition to your treatment menu. This uses simple ingredients in line with Ayurvedic principles. The ritual consists of a Dosha questionnaire, foot soak using aromatic plants, salt scrub, foot massage with reflexology, marma and chakra points, massaging with a kansa bowl or wand, and finishing with an ubtan and steamed mitts.

What you will learn
Preparing to provide the treatment.
Setting the scene.
A brief introduction to Ayurveda and doshas.
Preparing the foot soak and personalising it.
Foot massage using specific techniques.
Using a special 3 metal bowl to massage the feet and draw out toxins.
Making and applying an ubtan.
Cleaning and drying the feet.
Choose a Monday or a Wednesday for your training date (guru operates an open diary policy)
9.30-4 pm (a quick 30-minute lunch, drink water as we go)
Online training portal contains your manual to print off and bonus information such as (when possible) mini videos, extra handouts, photographs
Facebook private group for guru students
Top up session if needed (free of charge for 2 hours)
Offer of performing treatment on your tutor at a later date for feedback
As this is a CPD course, no need for the submission of case studies
