Hot Stone Massage Diploma
|
Hot stone massage uses basalt stones of varying sizes heated to a comfortable temperature and used to massage the client. The heated stones create a feeling of continuous heat which is very relaxing for the client.
The hot stone massage takes your client to a deeper sense of relaxation and for the therapist the benefits are that you can work deeper without feeling that you are. Placement of hot stones is also part of the course.

Suggested Progression:
Hot Compress Massage | Ayurvedic Face Massage | Crystal Tranquillity | Ayurvedic Foot Massage
Ann says
"I have suggested hot compress to enhance the theme of introducing heat to the body. A face massage would give a longer and more profound face massage which you could adapt to using the hot stones with. The foot massage would be an excellent addition and make the treatment longer and more unique".
