Hot Compress Massage Diploma
This course is for professional massage therapists, pre-requisite in a body massage certificate.
Hot compresses are used to relieve aching muscles, inject warmth into the body, detoxify and relax. It is both a stimulating and relaxing treatment all in one! Compresses are used in India and Thailand, sometimes called pindas or boluses.

"The Thai treatments would work beautifully with the Hot compress massage as the herbs compresses are Thai inspired. Hot stone massage would work well as a combination of heat, as well as Bamboo Table massage. I have also suggested a face massage as you could make the face massage sequence more profound with this additional knowledge".
