Crystal therapy is the wonderful art of using the vibrational healing from crystals which have been renowned for their healing properties for thousands of years.

The aim of crystal therapy is to re-balance mind, body and spirit, leaving the client feeling deeply relaxed, improved wellbeing and a feeling of being able to cope with the fast pace of the 21st century.This leads to stress relief, promoting relaxation and wellbeing.

Crystal therapy is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling energised and revitalised and better able to concentrate.
