Indonesian and Balinese Massage differs from Swedish Massage in that it is delivered to expel the wind element by using compression and deep palm movements.
Balinese massage is a firm massage delivered using forearms, knuckles, heels of hands and thumbs.
Introduction to boreh spice ritual as a spa add-on is included.
