Often known as Kansa vataki as a 3 metal bowl is used.

Course Content
Ayurvedic Foot Ritual is based on the ayurvedic system of healing and originates from India. The aim of the treatment is to relax the body via the feet, to detoxify and to release stress and tension. It truly is a wonderful therapy that promotes deep relaxation and wellbeing. It works on the same principles as reflexology, uses marma points and acupressure points to re-balance the whole body.
