Advanced Massage Techniques
Massage is evolving with many therapists now incorporating Eastern techniques, sports massage and hands-free techniques to their existing routine. On this course you will learn how to use hands-free techniques, deep tissue and trigger points which can effortlessly be inserted into your exisiting routine. An added benefit is that you will be using forearms, knuckles and elbows which will give your thumbs a well-deserved break.
